Cumbernauld 68

The past is another country - and so is Scotland, so we're going to Cumbernauld 1968 today. One of these photographs is the visual representation of the word 'bleak'. Can you guess which one it is?

  3. I've had the dubious pleasure of travelling under/through that brutalist chunk of a shopping centre/bus station many, many times.

    it remains just as bleak...that desperately sad patch of tenacious green and brown nature in the first photo is long gone!
